Is your RV an asset or liability?
If boats are holes in the water that you dump money into, RVs are holes on solid ground that love to feed on your hard earned cash as well.
When I first bought my RV, I lived in an apartment complex. I had nowhere to store it, so I had to rent an RV parking spot for it. The cheapest I’ve ever been able to find is about $75/month. The most expensive has been over $300/month. FOR A PLOT OF DIRT. Depending on where you are, land can be very expensive!
Not only did I find it difficult to secure a spot because of demand, but the storage facilities were actually full of parked RVs that generally didn’t move!
